Clinical and Health Psychologist with advanced specialization in Psychotherapy and Community Psychology (OPP n. 10801), PhD in Psychology with a dissertation on change processes in Psychodrama. Founding member and training instructor of the Iberian Association of Psychodance and training member of the Portuguese Society of Psychodrama. She was a member of the Board and Research Committee of the Federation of European Psychodrama Training Associations (2009 – 2022), worked in the area of addictive behaviors in outpatient and therapeutic communities (2001-2015), and in Community Psychiatry at the psychiatry and mental health service of the Porto University Hospital Center (2015-2021).
Since then, she has dedicated herself almost exclusively to private practice and Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy. She has training in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy from Grof Legacy Training and practiced Ketamine-Assisted Therapy at the Hugo Madeira Clinic (2023-2024).
My curiosity about the processes of change in Psychotherapy stemmed from my own personal transformation process while training in Psychodrama, and since then I have dedicated myself to the study and learning of ways to access unconscious material with therapeutic potential (Psychodrama, Psychodance, Holotropic Breathwork, and Expanded States of Consciousness in general).
