CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Clinical psychologist, Master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Porto. His clinical practice integrates contributions from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Family and Couple Therapy, and Mentalization-Based Therapy, seeking to adapt the support to the needs and objectives of each person.
She believes that we all deserve a safe space where we can be heard, understood, and supported through life's challenges.
His work focuses primarily on the adult population, in both individual and group settings. Currently, he is a Naval Military Psychologist in the Portuguese Navy and participates in action-research projects within the scope of mentalization-based parenting interventions. He attends group clinical supervision and maintains an ongoing commitment to training and professional development.
The work of adapting and developing a psychological intervention based on mentalization, aimed at a social intervention team at the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, was recognized by the Portuguese Order of Psychologists, being included in the Top 5 of the Junior Professional Year Award 2024.
