Clinical and Health Psychologist, University of Évora. Postgraduate in Third Generation Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapies, INSPSIC. Author of the scientific article “The Clinical Utility of the Personal Questionnaire: a survey study” (2018), published in the journal Counseling Psychology Quarterly. Participated in the É UMA CASA, Lisboa Housing project of CRESCER – Associação de Intervenção Comunitária (2018-2022).
In this context, an interest arose in intervention with people who use psychoactive substances and in Harm Reduction and Minimization. She completed training in Harm Reduction Psychotherapy (2021) and in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (2022), both at the Center for Optimal Living.
She is currently undertaking postgraduate training in Behavioral, Cognitive and Integrative Therapies for adults at APTCCI, as well as training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy at the Polaris Insight Center. Since 2022 and to the present, she has dedicated herself exclusively to clinical practice.
