This is a space for you.Wherever you are in your relationship with substances.

No masks, no judgment. We're not here to tell you what you should do, but to help you discover what works for you.

Based on Harm Reduction Psychotherapy (Harm Reduction PsychotherapyThis group is based on the defense of human rights, the protection of life, and absolute respect for your autonomy.

Safe consumption? Reduction? Abstinence? We support you in your goals.

Your goals may involve abstinence, reducing consumption, or simply learning to consume more safely. Whatever it is, we support you.

If something within you wants to change, and something within you also finds pleasure and comfort in consuming, listen: here, we embrace that ambivalence. We will be by your side, whether you achieve your goals now or later. Without judgment.

And we help you navigate the impulse.

The hallmark of this approach is not to impose restrictions, but rather to work with reality through training in "navigating impulse" (or urge surfingInstead of surrendering to or running away from the impulse, you learn to sit with it. We use techniques of Mindfulness and self-regulation so that you don't need to react automatically to every discomfort, initiating in this space of presence a profound process of self-discovery and change.

Dealing with craving

O craving, Whether it's a desire or a thought to consume, buy, or "fix," it's one of the most challenging moments. Via urge surfingYou will learn to sit with the discomfort and look at it like a wave in the sea: it rises and gains strength, but it always ends up breaking and receding.By ceasing to react to every discomfort, you create space to listen to what your body and mind are truly asking for..

This group is for you if:

N

Are you looking for a space where you're not told what to do, but where you're helped to discover what really works for you?

We have a pragmatic and compassionate approach that does not require cessation of consumption as a precondition for treatment and care.Pragmatic because we start from practical reality and understand that any positive change counts. Compassionate because we are here to protect your life full of capabilities and we absolutely respect your autonomy.

    N

You're having trouble controlling your relationship with substances, but you also don't want to be abstinent.

Have you been consuming more alcohol, cannabis (weed, hashish), cocaine (coke, crack), synthetic cathinones (NEP, 3MMC, alpha, monkey dust), methamphetamine (tine), ketamine, benzodiazepines (benzos), among others, and would you like to better understand what's going on? We...We'll accompany you on your unique journey of change.

      N

Do you feel that your substance use is impacting important areas of your life?

For example, because of your spending habits, are you spending more money than you intended, have you isolated yourself or restricted your relationships, has it affected your work because you arrive late or are not focused, and do you have less time to do what you enjoy?

        N

You found yourself pushing boundaries you never thought possible, and you no longer want to pay the price that comes with it.

Perhaps you borrowed money to buy something, found yourself lying to important people in your life, skipped work, or engaged in high-risk behaviors like unprotected sex or dangerous driving?

          N

You are divided: one part of you wants to change, but the other finds comfort, pleasure, or refuge in consumption.

There's a positive side to your consumption habits, and we understand that: otherwise, change would be easy. This ambivalence is normal in any change process, and we embrace it as part of your journey.
